⚙️ Scope of Work
- Mobilization of rural youth, prioritizing MGNREGA, BPL, and SHG members
- Training aligned with NSQF standards; completed by 31 Dec 2025
- Placement of minimum 70% of trained candidates, with minimum 6 months’ retention
- Post-placement tracking for 12 months
- Infrastructure: Adequate labs, classrooms, and equipment
- Duration: Proposals between 3 to 9 months (max project span 1 year)
✅ Eligibility Criteria
- Must have valid PRN from MoRD
- Registered under:
- Indian Trust Act / Societies Act / Companies Act / LLP Act / SHGs and Federations
- Or be a Govt./Semi-Govt. organization
- Experience in skilling projects
- Positive net worth in at least 2 of last 3 FYs (not for NSDC partners)
- Operational for 3+ years (Startups exempted)
- Annual turnover > 25% of proposed project cost
- Not blacklisted, under recovery, or part of a consortium
