Terms & conditions

The following are the General Terms and Conditions that apply when using Super Fliers E-ventures Private Limited's Advisory Services:
The Range of Our Services: The Client ("the Client") acknowledges and agrees that Super Fliers E-ventures Private Limited ("the Super Fliers") will be providing advisory services to the Client ("the Client") for the following areas:
1.      Submission of bids and tender documentation as well as writing of proposals
2.      Skill Development Tenders
3.      Government Liaison
4.      The following organisations are eligible for reappointment: Sector Skill Councils (SSCs), State Skill Development Missions (SSDMs), and District Skill Committees (DSCs).
5.      Trainers who have been awarded the TOT (Trained the Trainer) certification by Sector Skill Councils
6.      NIESBUD Trainers
7.      Trainers from FocTac
8.      IELTS Trainers
9.      Soft Skills Trainers 

Respect for the Professional Tradition and Confidentiality: Throughout the entirety of the engagement, the Super Fliers is required to uphold the highest standards of professionalism as well as confidentiality. Any sensitive information or data that is provided by the Client is to be handled with the highest confidentiality and is not to be given to any third party without the prior written approval of the Client.

The Super Fliers is Responsible for the Following: The Super Fliers is responsible for providing professional advising services, which may include but are not limited to the following: strategizing, planning, and carrying out actions relevant to the aforementioned subject areas. During the course of providing services, the Super Fliers is responsible for ensuring that all applicable laws, rules, and guidelines are followed. 

Clients are responsible for the following: The Customer is responsible for providing information and documentation that are true and comprehensive when requested for advising services. In order to ensure that the engagement is carried out efficiently and effectively, the Client is required to respond quickly to any requests or clarifications made by the Super Fliers.

Legal Protection for Intellectual Property: Any intellectual property that the Super Fliers develops or utilizes over the course of the engagement is to remain the Super Fliers's property unless the Client and the Super Fliers come to an alternative agreement in writing.

Conditions of Payment: The Client is responsible for making payments to the Super Fliers in accordance with the terms and schedule that were agreed upon. The Super Fliers is responsible for submitting invoices upon completion of each milestone or on the timeline that was previously agreed upon.

Termination: In the event that one party materially violates the terms of the agreement, the other party may request that the relationship be terminated by delivering written notice to the offending party. The Super Fliers shall be entitled to payment for services rendered up to the date of termination in the event that this agreement is terminated.

Amendments: Any modifications or alterations to the terms of this agreement must be made in writing and signed in the appropriate places by both parties.

Force Majeure: Neither party shall be held liable for any failure or delay in the performance of obligations owing to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. These circumstances may include, but are not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, or actions taken by the government.

Laws that Apply and Areas Under Their Jurisdiction: This agreement will be construed in accordance with the laws of [insert relevant jurisdiction] and will be governed by the laws of that jurisdiction. The courts of [insert applicable jurisdiction here] shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes that may arise out of or in connection with this agreement.

The Client accepts and agrees to be bound by these General Terms and Conditions by hiring Super Fliers E-ventures Private Limited to provide the aforementioned advisory services, and by doing so, the Client engages Super Fliers E-ventures Private Limited.
Shipping & Delivery Policy

For international buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or international speed post only. For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 3-5 days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivery of the shipment, subject to Courier Company and post office norms. FOOCCINO HEIGHTS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 3-5 days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration.
