  1. Access & Login: Securely sign in to the Skill India Digital Hub (SIDH) Portal using your designated credentials.
  2. Scheme Addition & MOU Management: Navigate to the "Add Scheme" or "Program Management" section. This is where you'll manage your Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with NSDC and other key bodies.
  3. Team Sheet Integration: Locate the option to "Upload Team Sheet" or "Personnel Details."     3. Connect each assessor to your training facility or organization.
  3. Assessment Agency Integration:
    1. Go to the "Assessment Agency Management" section.
    2. Select "Add Assessment Agency" to provide their contact information and accreditation details.
    3. Establish a formal connection between your training facility/organization and the assessment agency.
  4. Centre Registration & Connectivity:
    1. Access the "Centre Management" portion of the SIDH portal.
    2. Select "Add Centre" to meticulously detail each training centre, including its capacity, exact location, and available amenities.
    3. Save these details and link each centre to your parent organization or training facility.
4. Batch Creation & Candidate Enrollment: Orchestrating Training Delivery

  1. Batch Establishment:
    1. Navigate to the "Batch Management" area.
    2. Select "Create Batch" to define each training cohort. Input crucial details: start and end dates, the training schedule, and designated instructors.
    3. Carefully note the unique batch information for future reference.
  2. Trainer Linking to Batches:
    1. Within "Batch Management," locate the specific batch.
    2. Select "Link Trainers" to assign the certified instructors who will lead that particular batch's training. Save changes to finalize the assignment.
  3. Candidate Upload & Enrollment:
    1. Go to the specific batch within the "Batch Management" area.
    2. Select "Upload Candidates" or a similar option.
    3. Upload the pre-prepared candidate enrollment information (as detailed in the "Bulk Excel Sheet Upload" guide) in the required format.
    4. Save the uploaded data to formally register candidates within that batch.
