Technical Corrigendum

1. Pre-Qualification Criteria (Clause 12.1.1):

   • Requirement for GST Registration Certificate removed.
   • The bidder must still submit:
     • Relevant Certificate of Incorporation/Registration
     • PAN Card
   • Consortiums and Joint Ventures are not allowed.

2. ISO 9001 Certification (Clause 12.1.6):

   • Original: Valid ISO 9001 certificate required at the time of bid submission.
   • Revised: If not available at submission, a self-declaration to obtain certification within 15 days of empanelment is acceptable, with validity covering the entire project duration.

3. New Clause:

   • Subcontracting Prohibited: Subletting any portion of the work is not allowed.
