We are hiring experienced Business Development Professionals across PAN India to support CSR partnerships, Govt-funded programs, NGO collaborations & Skill Development missions.
πΉ Responsibilities
β BD & outreach with corporates, CSR foundations, PSUs, ministries
β NGO profiling, CSR mapping & project evaluation
β Lead CSR tie-ups, govt proposal coordination, tender submissions
β Track tenders, CSR policy updates, funding opportunities
β Draft MoUs, proposals, EOIs, RFPs, pitch decks
β Travel for meetings & donor evaluations (if required)
πΉ Skills & Experience
β 2–7 years in BD/CSR/Govt/NGO ecosystem ( Freshers also welcome )
β Knowledge of NSDC, PMKVY, DDU-GKY, NULM, CSR Law Sec 135, Govt schemes
β Strong communication, networking & documentation skills
β Experience in proposals, DPRs, tender filing, CSR fundraising

Preference: Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Lucknow, Ahmedabad, Bhopal, Ranchi, Kolkata, Patna, Guwahati, Chandigarh
