Eligibility and Pre-Qualification Criteria

The bidder should meet the minimum eligibility requirements prescribed in the GeM bid and uploaded scope/eligibility document.

1. Legal and Statutory Eligibility

The bidder should be registered with the appropriate registration authority and must submit valid statutory documents, including GST registration, PAN and bank account details. The names appearing across statutory documents should match or be clearly linked.

2. Minimum Existence

The agency should have been in operation for at least five years as on 31 March 2026. Certificate of Incorporation / Registration Certificate must be submitted with the technical bid.

3. Minimum Experience

The bidder should have at least three years of experience in training, career development, employability skills, placement preparation or related services for students in higher educational institutions.

Relevant experience may include resume review, mock group discussion, behavioural and functional mock interviews, management domain skills, soft skills, employability skills, life skills, social skills, Excel workshops, guesstimate workshops, case-based training, critical thinking, quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, data interpretation and problem-solving.

4. Similar Work Experience

The uploaded eligibility document specifies that the bidder should have experience of providing similar services of:

  1. One single order of ₹40 lakh in the past three years; or
  2. Minimum two work orders of ₹25 lakh each in the past three years.

The experience should preferably be from IIMs, reputed business schools, top-ranked NIRF institutions, management departments of CFTIs, or AACSB / EQUIS-EFMD / AMBA-BGA accredited business schools in India.

5. Trainer / Resource Strength

The bidder should have at least 50 experienced industry trainers or key professionals associated with training delivery. Profiles of 50 trainers should be attached with the technical bid.

6. Performance Certificates

The bidder should submit performance certificates from past clients or ongoing contracts for equivalent order size. Certificates should be issued by the responsible official of the concerned organization with verifiable contact details and email ID.

7. Blacklisting and Criminal Case Declaration

The bidder should not have been blacklisted by any Government of India department, State Government department or private organization. There should be no criminal case registered against the bidder firm or its owners/partners. A self-declaration on company letterhead is required.

Scope of Work

The selected service provider will conduct Career Development Workshops for MBA and MBAA students of IIM Kashipur. The workshops are intended to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry expectations and improve students’ readiness for campus placement.

Major Components of the Scope

  1. Career Development Workshops
    Training for first-year and second-year MBA and MBAA students to improve employability, career readiness and placement performance.
  2. Resume Building and Resume Review
    Group resume-building workshops and one-to-one resume review sessions with expert feedback on content, structure, formatting, relevance and overall effectiveness.
  3. Mock Personal Interviews
    One-to-one mock interviews with industry mentors, including detailed written feedback on communication skills, confidence, behavioural competencies and improvement areas.
  4. Quartile Distribution and Student Diagnosis
    Preparation of student quartile distribution based on academic background, work experience, CAT/GMAT score, mock interview performance, profile evaluation and other relevant parameters.
  5. Group Discussion Preparation
    Online mock group discussion sessions with industry mentors, preferably in a one coach to eight students ratio, followed by individual written feedback.
  6. Interview Preparation Workshops
    Workshops and assessments covering written tests, aptitude, functional assessment, role clarity, industry deep dive, resume review, guesstimates, case-based interviews and interview questions based on resume.
  7. Behavioural and Functional Interviews
    Behavioural interviews may be conducted offline/on-campus, while functional interviews may be conducted online. Detailed feedback will be provided to students.
  8. Hand-Holding for Placement Readiness
    Additional support may be required for Q3 and Q4 students and unplaced students from other quartiles, especially after placement commencement.
  9. Summer Internship Program Success Session
    SIP success sessions for first-year students to improve internship performance and increase chances of Pre-Placement Offer conversion.
  10. Placement Support
    The scope also mentions enhanced placement support subject to specific conditions, including 85% batch placement and an incentive-based model for eligible cases.
