Scope of Work

The selected training partner/agency will be responsible for conducting training and awareness-related activities for source segregation of waste at ward and municipal body level in Nagar Panchayat Salon, Raebareli.

The broad scope includes:

1. Conducting training related to source segregation of waste.
2. Supporting ward-level and municipal-level awareness activities.
3. Working in alignment with Swachh Survekshan and Garbage Free City toolkit requirements.
4. Supporting activities linked with Swachh Bharat Mission and municipal sanitation goals.
5. Ensuring compliance with instructions issued by Nagar Panchayat officials.
6. Submitting bills as per applicable GST and statutory rules, wherever applicable.
7. Cooperating with monitoring and inspection by authorised Nagar Panchayat officials.

Pre-Qualification Criteria

The tender notice indicates the following pre-qualification expectations:

1. Bidder should be a registered firm/contractor/agency as applicable under the e-tender process.
2. Agencies/institutions/training partners working in the sanitation sector will be preferred.
3. Experience certificate in sanitation/Swachhata-related work will be given preference.
4. Bidder must submit the required EMD in the prescribed form.
5. Bidder must submit tender fee payment proof.
6. Conditional bids will not be accepted.
7. Bidder must submit required affidavits, declarations and certificates with the bid.

Preference is indicated for bidders having prior experience in the sanitation sector and relevant experience certificates.

Financial Criteria

The estimated project value is ₹7,20,000 for 6 months. The bidder is required to submit an EMD of ₹72,000 and a tender fee of ₹850.

Submission Guidelines

Bidders must submit their bids through the Uttar Pradesh e-tender portal. The BOQ format should not be modified or replaced. Bidders should fill in the required rate/quoted value and upload the completed BOQ as per portal instructions.

The following compliance points should be noted:

1. Conditional bids will be rejected.
2. EMD must be submitted as FDR and uploaded with the bid.
3. Tender fee payment receipt or NEFT details must be uploaded.
4. Bidder must attach required declarations, affidavits and supporting documents.
5. Agreement on ₹100 stamp paper will be required after tender acceptance.
6. Compliance with Swachh Survekshan and Garbage Free City toolkit is mandatory.
7. The competent authority reserves the right to accept, reject, cancel or amend the tender process without assigning any reason.
8. Additional terms and clarifications may be obtained from the office of Nagar Panchayat Salon on working days.
