Scope of Work

The work involves deployment of manpower at Tarapur Maharashtra Site for a period of 24 months. The manpower will be deployed on a regular and continuous basis, with 26 service days per month, 6 working days per week and 8 working hours per day.

Office Helper

Key Activities

The Computer Programmers / Web Developers will support smooth functioning of IT services, servers, internal software systems, website/intranet updates, monthly reports, circulars, office orders and pop-up updates. They may also support development or modification of in-house software applications such as IMS, MANTRA, ECMS, VRS, MGPMS, HIMS, Shutdown Management System and other internal platforms.

Network Engineers will handle monitoring, testing and troubleshooting of networks, internet connectivity, VSAT, gateways, switch configuration, patch updates and IT security implementation.

Data Entry Operators will support record maintenance, office documentation, PC complaint coordination, consumable issue records, printing, typing, presentations and related office work.

Network Technicians will support LAN point creation, CAT6 and fibre cable extension, replacement of I/O points, casing-capping work and preventive maintenance of network devices.

The unskilled person / Office Helper will support simple office duties requiring limited independent judgment, with basic familiarity with the work environment and knowledge of Hindi / Marathi.

Pre-Qualification Criteria

Bidders must have experience in similar works during the last seven years ending on the last day of the month previous to the commencement date of sale/download of the tender.

Eligible similar work experience may include one or more of the following:

  1. Providing services of web-based application / website developers.
  2. Providing services of computer programmers.
  3. Providing services for maintenance or management of LAN-based systems.

Bidders must meet one of the following experience value conditions:

Eligibility Criteria

Eligible bidders should be registered service providers capable of providing manpower outsourcing services for the required IT and administrative roles. Bidders must upload the required experience, turnover and certificate documents on GeM. If any bidder seeks exemption from experience or turnover criteria, valid supporting documents must be uploaded for evaluation.

MSE and Startup relaxation is available where applicable, subject to submission of valid supporting documents. For MSE benefits, the bidder must be a service provider for the offered service. Traders, dealers, resellers, distributors, stockists and sole agents are not eligible for MSE benefits under the service procurement policy.

Joint Venture / Unincorporated Consortium participation is not permitted for this service contract because the estimated value is below ₹25 crore.

Financial Criteria

The minimum average annual turnover required is ₹52 lakh for the last three financial years. Documentary evidence such as certified audited balance sheets or a certificate from a Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant indicating turnover details must be uploaded with the bid.

The estimated bid value of ₹1,67,25,200 has been declared for guidance on EMD amount and for determining eligibility criteria related to turnover, past performance and project experience. It should not be treated as the price to be quoted by bidders.

Tender Fee and EMD
