Scope of Work

The selected service provider will be required to deliver an online instructor-led training programme titled Strategic Leadership with AI. The training is expected to run for 17 weeks and will cover leadership-level AI knowledge, strategic adoption of AI, responsible AI, and organizational transformation.

Pre-Qualification Criteria

Experience should be supported through relevant contracts, work orders, completion certificates or other acceptable documentary proof.

Bids must be submitted online through the GeM portal before the closing date and time. Since the bid type is Single Packet Bid, bidders must carefully upload all required eligibility, technical and financial documents as per the GeM bid format.

Bidders should ensure that all documents are complete, accurate, valid and clearly readable. Any bidder seeking exemption from experience or turnover criteria must upload supporting documents for evaluation by the buyer. The bid also mentions that documents uploaded by participating bidders may be visible to other bidders after login, as per the GeM process.

The buyer may increase or decrease the contract quantity or contract duration up to 50% at the time of issue of the contract. For lump-sum based service contracts, the scope of work and contract value may also be increased up to 50% with the consent of the service provider.
