Scope of Work
The selected consultant or agency will be responsible for supporting participatory planning for Solid and Liquid Waste Management in selected Gram Panchayats of Bihar. The major scope includes:
- Community mobilization and stakeholder engagement.
- Conducting PRA activities such as social mapping, resource mapping, transect walks, and Focus Group Discussions.
- Identification of wastewater hotspots, drainage issues, sanitation challenges, and village-level waste management gaps.
- Preparation of participatory SLWM plans aligned with SBM-G Phase II guidelines.
- Engagement with Panchayati Raj Institutions, frontline workers, community members, and relevant local stakeholders.
- Submission of detailed documentation, reports, recommendations, and consolidated planning outputs.

Eligibility Criteria
