Scope of Work
The selected agency or consultant will be responsible for creative and professional documentation of the project’s outcomes, policies, beneficiary stories and impact. The scope includes:
- Safe Employment Comic Book
Development of a safe employment comic book in Hindi and English for migrant workers. A policy document will be provided as reference.
- Beneficiary Case Studies
Documentation of beneficiary case studies from two project states, highlighting community-level outcomes, livelihood recovery, skill development, access to entitlements and resilience-building.
- Project Impact Video
Creation of an overall project impact video capturing the achievements, approach, beneficiary voices and wider project outcomes.
- Additional Innovative Documentation Material
Other creative outputs may be mutually decided, such as video modules on entrepreneurship training, booklets or similar documentation products.
Project Background
The project was launched to strengthen civil society organizations and support vulnerable households affected by the socio-economic impact of COVID-19. The programme focuses on unorganized workers, migrant labourers, women, youth and tribal communities.
Key intervention areas include skill development, access to government schemes, livelihood recovery, public entitlement support, awareness generation, safe migration, labour rights and policy engagement. The project has supported large-scale outreach, including training of more than 12,000 individuals in on-farm and off-farm trades, linking more than 140,000 households to government schemes and reaching over 200,000 individuals through awareness and risk communication activities.
