Scope of Work

The selected service provider will be required to deliver offline professional training services for a group of trainees at the buyer’s location in Gurdaspur. The training will be classroom-based, instructor-led and focused on advanced-level Network and Security topics under the IT and Software training category.

The scope includes:

1. Conducting offline weekday-based training at the buyer’s location.
2. Delivering advanced-level classroom training in Network and Security.
3. Providing training for approximately 10 trainees in one batch.
4. Conducting training for 4 hours per day.
5. Providing participation certificates after completion.
6. Ensuring lodging and boarding capacity, if required.
7. Providing post-training support.
8. Ensuring service support through dedicated/toll-free telephone number and escalation matrix.

Pre-Qualification Criteria

Bidders should meet the following pre-qualification requirements:

1. The bidder must be registered on GeM as a seller/service provider.
2. The bidder must have past experience in similar services.
3. The bidder must upload experience criteria documents, bidder turnover documents and certificates requested in ATC.
4. The service provider must have an office located in the state of the consignee and must submit documentary evidence.
5. The bidder must provide a dedicated/toll-free telephone number for service support.
6. The bidder must submit an escalation matrix with telephone numbers for service support.
7. The bidder must comply with GeM General Terms and Conditions, applicable Service Level Agreement and buyer-added bid conditions.

Eligibility Criteria

Eligible bidders should be training institutes or professional training service providers capable of delivering offline training at the buyer’s location. The tender specifically requires classroom-based instructor-led training in the IT and Software category, with a focus on Network and Security.

MSE purchase preference is applicable as per GeM rules. However, relaxation in years of experience and turnover for MSEs and startups is not provided in this bid.

Financial Criteria

Submission Guidelines
