Scope of Work
The selected agency is expected to provide integrated facility support services at RBI’s Kharghar residential colony and related premises. The broad scope may include:
- Housekeeping and cleaning services for common areas, premises and assigned facilities
- Pest control treatment and related preventive services
- Front office support services
- Facility attendant services
- Facility management support for the residential colony and ZTC premises
- Complaint handling and service coordination through a mobile app-based complaint management system
- Deployment of trained manpower, supervisors, equipment, consumables and administrative support as required under the contract
Pre-Qualification Criteria
Bidders should meet the following broad pre-qualification conditions:
- The bidder should be a company registered under the Companies Act or an LLP registered under the LLP Act.
- The bidder should have at least 5 years of relevant experience in housekeeping, pest control treatment, front office and facility management services as on 31 March 2026.
- Relevant experience should preferably be with reputed institutions such as training establishments, educational institutions, banks, Central Government financial institutions, three-star or above hotels, corporate houses or similar organisations.
- The bidder should have executed relevant works after 31 March 2021 meeting one of the following value conditions:
- Three similar works, each costing at least 40% of the estimated cost; or
- Two similar works, each costing at least 50% of the estimated cost; or
- One similar work costing at least 80% of the estimated cost.
- The bidder should have ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System certification obtained at least 3 years before the tender release.
- The bidder should have a full-fledged service setup, including manpower and administrative office, in Mumbai / Navi Mumbai.
- The bidder should not have been delisted, banned or blacklisted by any Government authority, regulatory authority, RBI, financial institution or similar organisation during the last 3 years.
- The bidder should have at least 3 client certificates from government, regulatory, financial or other reputed institutions for relevant services executed after 31 March 2021.
- The bidder should have a mobile app-based complaint management system.
Eligibility Criteria
Eligible bidders should be experienced service providers in integrated housekeeping, pest control and facility management services. Agencies must demonstrate operational capability, statutory compliance, technical resources, trained manpower, client satisfaction, quality certification and financial strength.
