Scope of Work

The selected training partner will conduct a structured 6-day AI Foundation Training Program for nominated Indian Army personnel. The program is designed for non-technical participants and does not require prior coding or technical knowledge.

The training will include classroom lectures, demonstrations, guided practical sessions, case studies, AI tool usage, prompt engineering exercises, capstone activity, final assessment and feedback. The course will cover AI fundamentals, Generative AI, Agentic AI, defence applications of AI, responsible AI, security risks, hallucinations, bias, deepfakes, misinformation awareness, and sovereign AI concepts relevant to defence environments.

Pre-Qualification Criteria

Bidders should be eligible service providers on GeM and capable of delivering professional training services in Artificial Intelligence. The bidder must have relevant experience in similar services and must submit documents as requested in the bid, ATC and any corrigendum.

The training partner must ensure qualified instructors with demonstrable experience in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Prompt Engineering and AI applications. The bidder should also be able to maintain professional course administration, assessment, reporting, security compliance and quality standards.
