Scope of Work

The scope of work includes onsite training on servicing and maintenance aspects of Cummins QSK-95 engines. The training is intended for yard employees of NSRY(Kar). The work is project / lump-sum based and includes one job quantity as per the attached scope document.

Pre-Qualification Criteria

Bidders must have past experience in similar services. The bidder should have successfully executed or completed similar services during the current financial year and the last three financial years ending in March prior to the bid opening.

Eligibility Criteria

Eligible bidders should be registered on GeM and must comply with the bid terms, scope of work, service level requirements, statutory requirements, and buyer-added terms and conditions. The bidder must submit experience-related documents, turnover documents, and certificates requested under the Additional Terms and Conditions.

MSE purchase preference is available as per applicable public procurement policy, subject to valid Udyam registration and successful validation on GeM. Traders are not eligible for MSE purchase preference in service bids unless they qualify as the service provider for the offered service.

No relaxation has been provided for MSEs or Startups in years of experience and turnover criteria.

Financial Criteria

The estimated bid value is ₹1,85,850 inclusive of all taxes. A financial document indicating price breakup is required. The bidder must submit bidder turnover-related documents; however, the tender document does not specify a minimum average annual turnover amount. Net worth requirement is also not specifically mentioned in the available tender document.

Bidders should carefully quote prices as per GeM requirements. If GST or any tax is quoted separately, it should be clearly indicated. If not separately indicated, the quoted price may be treated as inclusive as per tender conditions.

Submission Guidelines

The bid must be submitted online through the GeM portal. This is a Single Packet Bid. Bidders must upload all required documents, including experience criteria, bidder turnover details, certificates requested in ATC, and financial price breakup.

The bid allows 2 days for technical clarification during technical evaluation. Uploaded bidder documents may be visible to other participating bidders after login, as per the GeM bid condition.

Bidders should ensure that all documents are complete, legible, valid, and aligned with the requirements mentioned in the GeM bid document. Incomplete or non-compliant submissions may lead to rejection.
