Scope of Work

The selected training partner will be responsible for designing, coordinating, managing, and delivering the Final Placement Preparation Program for Two-Year MBA students of IIM Udaipur. The broad scope includes:

1. Resume Preparation Workshop for approximately 365 students.
2. Resume Review / Resume Building Sessions for 365 students.
3. Interview Preparation Workshop for approximately 365 students.
4. AI Interview Simulations for approximately 365 students.
5. Mock / Practice Functional Interview Sessions for around 185 sessions.
6. Group Discussion Preparation Workshop for approximately 365 students.
7. Mock / Practice Group Discussion Sessions for 365 students, divided into groups.
8. Company-specific and role-specific industry mentor preparation support.
9. Role and sector-specific guidance sessions.
10. Structured reporting, attendance tracking, feedback summaries, performance analytics, and consolidated program-level reports.

The institute may modify, increase, decrease, or redistribute the scope and quantities based on placement requirements.

Pre-Qualification / Eligibility Criteria

Legal Entity and Registration

The bidder must be a legally established entity in India, registered as a Company, Partnership Firm, or Limited Liability Partnership under applicable Indian laws. The bidder must also be actively engaged in placement preparation services or related domains.

Statutory Compliance

The bidder must possess valid PAN, GST registration, and other statutory registrations required for delivering the services.

Minimum Experience

The bidder must have at least 5 years of experience in providing B-School student placement preparation services, interview training, career readiness programs, or related services for MBA / B-School students.

Similar Work Experience

The bidder must have successfully delivered at least five engagements involving any combination of resume review, mock interviews, interview preparation, group discussions, assessment centres, or placement-readiness interventions for MBA students.

Scale of Assignments

The bidder must have completed either:

Experience with Top IIMs

The bidder must have experience of working with one or more of the Top 10 Indian Institutes of Management, as per any one of the NIRF Rankings 2023, 2024, or 2025, for at least one engagement during FY 2022-23 to FY 2024-25.

Technology-Enabled Placement Preparation

The bidder should demonstrate prior experience in technology-enabled placement preparation solutions such as AI-based interview simulations, assessment platforms, interview analytics, scheduling systems, or similar tools.

Operational Capability

The bidder must have a functional office presence in India and must demonstrate the ability to deploy qualified trainers, mentors, interview coaches, moderators, and support personnel. Minimum requirements include:

Bid Submission Guidelines

Bids must be submitted only through the Central Public Procurement Portal within the prescribed timelines. Physical submission, courier, hand delivery, or email submission will not be accepted.

The bid must be submitted in two covers:

Cover 1: Technical Bid

The Technical Bid should include eligibility documents, mandatory compliance documents, QCBS supporting documents, filled and signed forms, signed and stamped tender document, Bid Securing Declaration, data confidentiality undertaking, non-disclosure declaration, and conflict of interest declaration.

Cover 2: Financial Bid

The Financial Bid must be submitted only in the prescribed BOQ Excel format. The BOQ structure must not be altered. The quoted rates should be all-inclusive, covering trainer / mentor fees, technology or platform costs, coordination expenses, administrative overheads, taxes, statutory charges, reporting, and documentation costs.

Financial details should not be disclosed in the Technical Bid, as this may lead to disqualification.

Evaluation Methodology

The tender will be evaluated under the QCBS method. Only bidders meeting the minimum eligibility criteria will be considered for technical evaluation.

Bidders must secure at least 70 marks out of 100 in the technical evaluation to qualify for financial bid opening. The final successful bidder will be selected based on the combined QCBS score.

14. CA certificate confirming average annual turnover of ₹1 crore.
15. Audited financial statements for the last three financial years.
16. Income Tax Returns for the last three financial years.

18. Legal standing and non-blacklisting declaration.
19. Declaration regarding debarment, litigation, and legal standing.
20. Bid Securing Declaration.
