📌 Eligibility Criteria
- Must have a valid PRN (Permanent Registration Number) generated on kaushal.rural.gov.in.
- Registered under:
- Indian Trust Act / State Society Act / State Cooperative Societies Act / Companies Act / LLP Act / SHG federations.
- Govt or semi-Govt institutions.
- Registered on NITI Aayog’s DARPAN portal (for NGOs).
- Minimum 3 years of establishment (Startups are exempt).
- Must fall under one of the following PIA Categories:
💸 Fee Details
- Application Fee: ₹25,000 (Non-refundable)
→ Bank: Bank of Maharashtra, IFSC: MAHB0001640, A/C No: 60270826020
- Quality Appraisal Fee (Post screening): ₹1,50,000 + 18% GST
🛑 Not Eligible If:
- Have recovery proceedings or <50% placement in previous DDU-GKY projects
- Blacklisted or have defaulted under DDU-GKY
- Key personnel associated with defaulting agencies
- Sister/affiliate of blacklisted entities
- Involved directors with past defaults (validated via MCA)
- Consortium applications not allowed
🗂 Project Duration & Scope
- Min Duration: 3 months
- Max Duration: 6 months
- Maximum per project: 6 months from project commencement
- Only NSQC/NCVET-approved courses with >1 year validity are allowed
