Pre-Qualification Criteria
Eligible bidders should fulfil the following pre-qualification conditions:
- The bidder must be a registered Society, Trust, Firm, Company, Partnership Firm or Proprietorship Firm incorporated under the relevant Indian law.
- The bidder must have at least one office in Gujarat.
- The bidder or its OEM should have same or similar work experience with any Central Government, State Government, PSU or Public Listed Company.
- The bidder should meet the required turnover criteria and submit relevant audited financial documents or CA / Cost Accountant certification.
- The bidder should not be under liquidation, court receivership, bankruptcy or similar proceedings.
- The bidder should not be blacklisted or debarred by any Government or Government agency.
- Required certifications, financial documents, undertakings and technical documents must be uploaded with proper self-attestation, signature, stamp, index and page numbering.
Experience Criteria
The bidder or OEM must have experience in same or similar services during the previous three financial years: 2023–24, 2024–25 and 2025–26.
