Pre-Qualification Criteria

Eligible bidders should fulfil the following pre-qualification conditions:

  1. The bidder must be a registered Society, Trust, Firm, Company, Partnership Firm or Proprietorship Firm incorporated under the relevant Indian law.
  2. The bidder must have at least one office in Gujarat.
  3. The bidder or its OEM should have same or similar work experience with any Central Government, State Government, PSU or Public Listed Company.
  4. The bidder should meet the required turnover criteria and submit relevant audited financial documents or CA / Cost Accountant certification.
  5. The bidder should not be under liquidation, court receivership, bankruptcy or similar proceedings.
  6. The bidder should not be blacklisted or debarred by any Government or Government agency.
  7. Required certifications, financial documents, undertakings and technical documents must be uploaded with proper self-attestation, signature, stamp, index and page numbering.

Experience Criteria

The bidder or OEM must have experience in same or similar services during the previous three financial years: 2023–24, 2024–25 and 2025–26.
