The scope includes the following major activities:

Conduct resume building workshops, resume review sessions and mock personal interviews for first-year and second-year MBA and MBAA students. The resume review must include detailed feedback on content clarity, formatting, relevance and job-market readiness.
- Quartile Distribution and Student Profiling
Prepare overall and domain-specific quartile distribution of students based on academic profile, undergraduate background, work experience, CAT/GMAT score, mock interview performance, video resume evaluation, CV profile and other relevant parameters. This will help identify students requiring targeted support.
- Group Discussion Preparation
Conduct mock group discussion sessions in online mode with industry mentors. The expected ratio is one coach for eight students. Each student should receive individual written feedback and improvement suggestions.
- Interview and Placement Preparation Workshops
Conduct structured sessions on aptitude, functional assessments, role clarity, industry deep dive, resume review, guesstimates, case-based problem solving, interview questions based on resume and mock personal interviews.
- Mock Personal Interviews
Conduct behavioural interviews in offline/on-campus mode and functional interviews in online mode. Each student should receive detailed feedback from industry mentors to improve communication, analytical thinking, confidence and interview performance.
- Summer Internship Programme Success Sessions
Conduct SIP success sessions for first-year students to improve internship performance and increase the possibility of Pre-Placement Offers.
- Placement Support
The tender also includes placement support provisions for students requiring additional handholding. The agency may be eligible for an additional incentive of ₹20,000 per student, subject to the conditions mentioned in the tender document, including placement-related requirements.
- Deployment of Officials
The agency should depute preferably two dedicated officials, with at least one official required, for coordination and oversight of the workshop activities during offline visits.

However, the uploaded eligibility conditions mention that the average annual turnover of the bidder for FY 2023-24 to FY 2025-26 should be at least ₹1.25 crore. Bidders should carefully review this difference and seek clarification from the buyer, if required. For practical compliance, bidders should consider the stricter financial requirement while preparing the bid.

Similar Work Experience Requirement
The GeM bid states that the bidder should have three years of past experience in same or similar services. It also mentions similar service completion criteria based on the estimated bid value, such as three similar completed services of 40% of estimated cost, two similar completed services of 50% of estimated cost, or one similar completed service of 80% of estimated cost.
The uploaded eligibility conditions further specify that the bidder should have experience of similar work with either one order of ₹40 lakh or minimum two work orders of ₹25 lakh each in the past three years from specified reputed management institutions, IIMs, top-ranked business schools, CFTIs or accredited business schools. Bidders should verify the applicable interpretation before final submission.
