Scope of Work
The selected firm or training institute will be responsible for providing faculties for conducting the System and Network Security Course for subordinates at GREF Centre, Pune.
The scope includes:
- Hiring/deployment of minimum two qualified faculties for the course.
- Conducting offline classroom-based instructor-led training.
- Covering networking concepts, system security and network security modules.
- Preparing the complete course content, training schedule and period-wise topics.
- Providing presentations, audio-visual training material, practical sessions and handouts.
- Providing laptops compatible with the required software for students during the course.
- Conducting tests/examinations during or at the end of the course.
- Providing participation certificates after successful completion.
- Providing welcome kits and study materials to participating students.
- Submitting faculty details, qualifications and experience along with the bid.
- Coordinating with the Officer-in-Charge/Commander, Indn & Trg Bn, GREF Centre, Pune after award of bid.

Pre-Qualification Criteria
Bidders should meet the following pre-qualification requirements:
- The bidder should be a registered or recognised firm, institution or organisation.
- The bidder should have previous experience in conducting System and Network Security course capsules.
- As per the GeM bid, minimum 1 year of past experience is required for same or similar services.
- The bidder should submit proof of previous courses conducted, along with organisation details and course details.
- The bidder should have the capability to deploy at least two qualified faculties.
- The bidder must submit all required certificates and supporting documents in PDF format.
- The bidder should not be under liquidation, court receivership or similar proceedings and should not be bankrupt.
Faculty Eligibility Criteria
The faculties proposed for the training must meet the following criteria:
- Qualification: Graduation or post-graduation in Electronics & Communication, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of training/teaching experience in the relevant subject.
- Faculties must have sufficient subject expertise in the field they are teaching.
- Faculty qualification and experience proof must be submitted along with the bid.
- Faculties must carry ID cards issued by the firm during the course period.
- The selected faculties are required to follow the prescribed uniform requirements during the course.
Financial Criteria
