📍 Title
Engagement of FoSTaC Empaneled Training Partner for conducting food safety trainings in Gwalior Region (covering Ashoknagar, Datia, Guna, Gwalior, Shivpuri, Bhind, Morena, and Sheopur districts).
📘 Scope of Work
- Conduct FoSTaC Basic and Awareness courses (4-hour sessions) offline.
- Training of 4000 food handlers within 1 year in all listed districts.
- Use FSSAI empaneled trainers and assessors.
- Training logistics (venue, refreshments, AV, materials, etc.) to be managed by the agency.
- Upload data and certification through the FoSTaC portal.
- Provide documentation like attendance sheets, photos, videos, assessment sheets, etc., within 7 days of each session.
- Minimum 25% of target to be achieved quarterly; failing which contract may be terminated.

💰 Financial Criteria
- Unit Cost: Minimum ₹300/- per successful trainee.
- EMD: ₹30,000 (refundable for unsuccessful bidders, adjusted for successful bidder’s performance security).
- Performance Security: 3% of total contract value, to be submitted within 10 days of contract award.
📦 Tender Fee
- Processing Fee: Not separately mentioned, but bidders must register and submit bids via GeM Portal.
