The selected agencies will be responsible for:

  1. Designing and developing assessment tools (written tests, practical assessments, and Viva Voce).  
  2. Developing question banks.  
  3. Conducting assessments across various sectors.  
  4. Ensuring fair, transparent, and secure assessment processes.  
  5. Providing necessary infrastructure and resources.  
  6. Providing scorecards and results.  
  7. Maintaining records and databases.  
  8. Analyzing assessment data and providing feedback.  
Pre-qualification Criteria
  • Experience in conducting vocational training and skill development assessments.  
  • Expertise with qualified and certified Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).  
  • Adequate infrastructure and resources.  
  • Robust quality assurance system.  
  • Effective use of technology for assessments.  
  • Compliance with relevant laws and regulations.  
Eligibility Criteria
  1. Prior experience in VETs assessments.  
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in the assessment of skilling.  
  3. Experience in conducting skilling assessments for a specified number of candidates.  
  4. Ability to operate across the entire state of Tamil Nadu.  
Financial Criteria
  1. Minimum turnover in the last 3 financial years.  
  2. Availability of funds to meet operational payments.  
  3. Positive net worth and profit before tax.
