📝 Quotation Requirements
  1. Quotation must:
    1. Be on the official letterhead
    2. Include Annexure I (Quotation Format)
    3. Be signed and stamped by competent authority
    4. Include rate per hour of training
    5. Be addressed to:
      Principal, Government College of Engineering, Jalgaon
✅ Eligibility Criteria
  1. Female expert only
  2. Must possess minimum qualification in Self Defence/Karate
  3. Provide valid proofs/certificates
  4. Must be available to engage as per mutually agreed schedule
  5. Training must include practical sessions
📄 Important Conditions
  1. No TA/DA or accommodation/food costs will be provided
  2. Expert must:
    1. Maintain student attendance
    2. Capture and submit GPS-mapped photos of sessions
  3. Performance-based evaluation:
    1. If quality is not satisfactory or student complaints arise, the expert may be replaced or contract terminated
  4. Payment:
    1. As per Government of Maharashtra norms
    2. Processed after successful completion of training and submission of bills and records
