Key Highlights of the Affiliation Process

1. Eligibility Criteria

Institutes eligible for affiliation must fall into one of the following categories:

✅ Government-affiliated Training Institutes:

1. ITIs/ITCs affiliated with NCVET having Plumbing Lab & Water-related job roles.
2. Institutes approved by AICTE for training in the Water & Plumbing sector.
3. Colleges/Institutes affiliated with Central/State/UT government universities.
4. Training delivery partners already affiliated with NSDC offering Plumbing-related courses.

✅ Private Entities:

1. Firms/Societies/Trusts registered in India conducting skill development & training.
2. Must have PAN/TAN, GST registration, and audited accounts for the last 3 years.
3. Organizations providing training under the Apprentices Act, 1961 for at least one year.

2. Registration Procedure

1️⃣ Submit the online application form with all required documents.
2️⃣ Pay the non-refundable application fee of ₹10,000 via Demand Draft/NEFT/RTGS.
3️⃣ Upload all supporting documents, including:

• Accreditation, trainer certificates, infrastructure details, legal documents, etc.
  4️⃣ Each training center must have a separate Due Diligence Form.
  5️⃣ WMPSC will verify documents and may request a presentation or site visit.

3. Affiliation Process & Fee Structure

📌 Stage 1: Application Submission (Fee: ₹10,000)
📌 Stage 2: Document Verification & Accreditation (Fee: ₹40,000)
📌 Final Stage: Affiliation & Certification Issuance

📌 Other Fees:

1. Trainer Certification (ToT): ₹11,000 per candidate
2. Annual Renewal Fee: ₹12,000

4. Training Center Requirements

1. Must meet WMPSC’s infrastructure standards (classrooms, plumbing lab, tools).
2. Trainer accreditation (ToT) is mandatory.
3. Must comply with CCTV monitoring, biometric attendance, internet connectivity.
4. Branding & compliance as per WMPSC SOP guidelines.

5. Evaluation & Monitoring

1. On-site inspection will be conducted before approval.
2. Random audits will be carried out during affiliation.
3. Affiliation can be suspended or canceled if compliance is not maintained.
