Pre-Qualification Criteria

*Project Overview*

  1. Scheme Name: PM Suryaghar Muft Bijli Yojna
  2. Target: 20,000 candidates to be trained.
  3. Training Mode: Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
  4. Training Duration: 60 hours (7 days) per batch.
  5. Batch Size: Maximum 30 candidates per batch.
  6. Trainers Requirement: Minimum 2 SCGJ-certified ToT (Train-the-Trainer) trainers per batch.
  7. Attendance Requirement:
    1. 100% attendance is mandatory for all candidates.
    2. Biometric attendance is required to ensure transparency and accurate tracking.

*Candidate Payout*

  1. Daily Payout: ₹500 per day.
  2. Total for 7 Days: ₹3,500 per candidate.
  3. Disbursement Terms:
    1. Payment will be made in a single tranche upon successful batch completion.
    2. Payments will only be processed for candidates meeting attendance requirements.

*Assessment & Certification*

  1. Conducting Body: SCGJ will handle the assessment and certification process.
  2. Assessment Criteria: Only candidates with 100% attendance will be assessed.
  3. Certification: Ensures compliance with the highest standards.

*Job Role Details*

  1. Job Role Name: Solar PV Installation Helper.
  2. QP Code: SGJ/Q0111.
  3. QP Version: 4.0.
  4. NSQF Level: 2.
  5. Model Curriculum Version: 4.0.

*NGO Eligibility Criteria*

  1. Job Role: Training in Solar PV Installation Helper.
  2. Required Documents:
    1. Centre Accreditation Certificate.
    2. Authorization Letter from the PM Suryaghar Scheme Vendor.
    3. Availability of qualified trainers meeting SCGJ ToT standards.
