Scope of Work
The scope of work includes implementation of placement-linked skill development training for rural poor youth in Nagaland under DDU-GKY 2.0. Eligible PIAs are required to submit proposals for short-duration training courses linked with placement outcomes.
PIAs may submit proposals only in the following approved sectors:

- Have relevant capacity, placement linkages, and preferably training infrastructure in Nagaland.

Submission Guidelines
Interested and eligible PIAs must submit their proposals online through the MoRD portal. The application process is completely online, and there is no requirement to send hard copies of documents.
Important submission instructions:
- Applications must be submitted on or before 10 July 2026.
- Applications received after the deadline will not be entertained.
- Incomplete proposals may be summarily rejected.
- Applicants must carefully read the DDU-GKY 2.0 guidelines and procedures before applying.
- Screening and selection will be conducted as per MoRD norms and guidelines.
