Scope of Work

The selected Captive Employers will be empanelled under DDU-GKY 2.0 Goa for implementation of skill development and placement-linked training projects. The broad scope includes:

  1. Training rural youth in market-relevant job roles.
  2. Ensuring industry-aligned skilling as per DDU-GKY 2.0 guidelines.
  3. Providing placement opportunities through captive employment or subsidiary/associated companies.
  4. Operating training centres as per required infrastructure norms.
  5. Following DDU-GKY guidelines, SOPs, notifications, orders and updates issued by MoRD and DDU-GKY Goa.

Pre-Qualification Criteria

To be eligible for applying under the EOI, the applicant entity should meet the following broad pre-qualification conditions:

  1. The entity should have been in existence for at least three years.
  2. The applicant should be a Captive Employer.
  3. The applicant must have valid EPFO / ESIC / Factory Registration Number.
  4. The applicant must have valid TIN / TAN / GST Number.
  5. The applicant must have a valid bank account linked with Aadhaar / PAN.
  6. The applicant should have minimum turnover of ₹25 crore.
  7. The applicant should have positive net worth in at least two of the last three financial years.
  8. The applicant should have minimum two years of training experience.
  9. The applicant should have an existing training centre as per NSQF and industry-specific infrastructure norms.
  10. The applicant should have provided employment to 500 or more persons in its own or subsidiary agencies/companies during the last three years.
  11. Manpower supplying companies are not eligible.
