Scope of Work
The selected Captive Employers will be empanelled under DDU-GKY 2.0 Goa for implementation of skill development and placement-linked training projects. The broad scope includes:
- Training rural youth in market-relevant job roles.
- Ensuring industry-aligned skilling as per DDU-GKY 2.0 guidelines.
- Providing placement opportunities through captive employment or subsidiary/associated companies.
- Operating training centres as per required infrastructure norms.
- Following DDU-GKY guidelines, SOPs, notifications, orders and updates issued by MoRD and DDU-GKY Goa.
- Meeting category-wise and sub-category-wise training targets.
- Supporting sustainable employment outcomes for trained candidates.
Pre-Qualification Criteria
To be eligible for applying under the EOI, the applicant entity should meet the following broad pre-qualification conditions:
- The entity should have been in existence for at least three years.
- The applicant should be a Captive Employer.
- The applicant must have valid EPFO / ESIC / Factory Registration Number.
- The applicant must have valid TIN / TAN / GST Number.
- The applicant must have a valid bank account linked with Aadhaar / PAN.
- The applicant should have minimum turnover of ₹25 crore.
- The applicant should have positive net worth in at least two of the last three financial years.
- The applicant should have minimum two years of training experience.
- The applicant should have an existing training centre as per NSQF and industry-specific infrastructure norms.
- The applicant should have provided employment to 500 or more persons in its own or subsidiary agencies/companies during the last three years.
- Manpower supplying companies are not eligible.
Eligibility Criteria
The EOI is specifically meant for Captive Employers who can directly train and place candidates under DDU-GKY 2.0. Eligible entities must demonstrate operational capacity, financial strength, training experience and employment generation capability.
