8. HR, Technical and Domain Mock Interviews
9. Unlimited AI-enabled interview practice
10. Communication skills enhancement
11. Group Discussion preparation
12. Professional etiquette training
13. Placement support with minimum 25 actionable placement leads
14. Monthly review meetings with institute officials
15. Dedicated Project Manager
16. Confidential handling of student data
17. Completion of the assignment within August 2026 to March 2027.

Eligibility Criteria

Interested agencies should satisfy the eligibility conditions prescribed in the tender.

Key eligibility requirements include:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in mentoring, training and skill mapping services for MBA/PGP students.
• Experience of successfully serving at least two institutions during the last two financial years.
• Preference for experience with:

  • AACSB / EQUIS / AMBA accredited institutes
• Qualified trainers with relevant educational qualifications and corporate experience.

IIM Bodh Gaya Floats ₹32 Lakh Tender for Mentorship & Training Partner under QCBS Model

The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Bodh Gaya has announced a new procurement opportunity for experienced mentoring and employability training organizations by inviting online bids for the appointment of a Mentorship & Training Partner for the Academic Year 2026–27.
