Scope of Work
The selected bidder will be responsible for:
- Supply of one Ultrasound Guided Central Line Training Model (Adult).
- Delivery as per GeM contractual requirements.
- Providing comprehensive maintenance wherever applicable.
- Compliance with technical specifications mentioned in the GeM bid.
- Submission of OEM authorization wherever applicable.
- Compliance with GeM General Terms & Conditions and additional buyer conditions.
Eligibility Criteria
Interested bidders should satisfy the following requirements:
- Manufacturer or authorized OEM/reseller.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in supplying similar products to Central Government, State Government organizations or PSUs.
- Documentary evidence of previous supplies along with acceptance certificates.
- OEM authorization certificate wherever applicable.
- Financial documents supporting turnover criteria.
- Compliance with all GeM eligibility conditions.
Qualification Criteria
The bidder should submit:
- Experience Certificate
- Past Performance documents
- Bidder Turnover documents
- OEM Authorization Certificate
- OEM Annual Turnover Certificate
- Additional documents requested in ATC
- Technical compliance documents
Supporting documents are mandatory for any exemption claimed.
Financial Criteria
- OEM Average Annual Turnover (Last 3 Years): ₹4 Lakhs
- Financial documents should include audited balance sheets or CA certificate.
- Turnover verification will be carried out during technical evaluation.
