Scope of Work

The selected agency will be responsible for:

1. Decorative painting of walls in the training area.
2. Total area approximately 3,600 Sq. Ft.
3. Development of theme-based motivational artwork.
4. Improving the visual appeal and training atmosphere.
5. Presentation of at least three creative design concepts during the tender period for approval before execution.

The objective is to create an engaging and inspiring training environment for trainees.

Eligibility Criteria

Interested bidders should satisfy the following requirements:

1. Valid GST Registration.
2. Self-declaration stating the firm has never been blacklisted by any Government organization.
3. Acceptance of all GeM General Terms & Conditions (GTC).
4. Acceptance of Additional Terms & Conditions (ATC).
5. Acceptance of Specific Terms & Conditions (STC).
6. Acceptance of Service Level Agreement (SLA).
7. Full compliance with the Scope of Work.
8. Presentation of at least three wall painting design concepts.
9. Registration under appropriate GeM service category.

Failure to submit documentary proof against the above requirements may result in rejection of the bid.

Technical Qualification

The bidder should possess:

1. Minimum 2 years' experience in similar painting or professional decorative painting services.
2. Experience documents as requested in ATC.
3. Compliance certificates wherever applicable.

MSEs and eligible Startups may receive relaxation in experience criteria subject to submission of supporting documents.

Financial Qualification

The bidder must have:

1. Minimum Average Annual Turnover: ₹1 Lakh during the last three financial years.
2. Turnover will be verified during technical evaluation.

Eligible MSEs and Startups are entitled to relaxation as per Government norms.

Submission Guidelines

Interested bidders should:

1. Submit bids through the GeM Portal only.
2. Upload all mandatory eligibility documents.
3. Upload GST Registration.
4. Upload experience certificates.
5. Submit self-declaration regarding blacklisting.
6. Accept GTC, ATC, STC and SLA.
7. Submit at least three proposed wall painting designs.
8. Ensure complete compliance with Scope of Work.
