Scope of Work

The selected service provider will be responsible for:

1. Conducting offline Safety and Emergency Response Training.
2. Delivering training during weekdays.
3. Providing qualified trainers.
4. Completing the training programme as per buyer requirements.
5. Meeting all service obligations during the one-year contract period.
6. Complying with GeM Service Terms, Service Level Agreement (SLA), and bid-specific conditions.

Eligibility Criteria

Interested bidders should meet the following requirements:

1. Registered legal entity eligible to participate on GeM.
2. Experience in providing similar Safety/Emergency Response Training services.
3. Minimum one year of similar work experience.
4. Submission of all supporting eligibility documents.
5. MSE and Startup relaxation is available for eligible bidders regarding turnover and experience, subject to submission of valid supporting documents.

Pre-Qualification Criteria

The bidder should:

1. Have previous experience in similar training assignments.
2. Submit experience certificates.
3. Upload turnover documents.
4. Submit all certificates and additional documents requested in the ATC.
5. Meet GeM registration and compliance requirements.

Financial Criteria

1. Minimum Average Annual Turnover: ₹5 Lakhs (last three financial years)
2. Similar Work Experience: Minimum 1 Year
3. Estimated Tender Value: ₹2,66,000 (Inclusive of Taxes)
4. ePBG Requirement: 5%
5. Performance Security Duration: 12 Months
