Scope of Work

The successful bidder shall undertake the following activities:

1. Establish a fully functional Tailoring Training Centre at Semra Village, Mandu Block, Ramgarh.
2. Conduct mobilization, identification and enrolment of 13 beneficiaries.
3. Deliver 120 days of Tailoring Training aligned with:

1. Provide training kits to every participant.
2. Arrange NSDC/NCVET accredited third-party assessment.
3. Provide transportation facility where required.
4. Distribute one Manual Foot-operated Sewing Machine to every successful candidate.
5. Organize certificate distribution ceremony.
6. Deploy qualified Trainer(s), Community Mobilizer(s) and Project Coordinator.
7. Submit documentary video, attendance records, photographs and project completion report.

Eligibility Criteria

The bidder must satisfy the following eligibility requirements:

Organizational Eligibility

1. Section 8 Company, Registered Society or Registered Public Trust
2. Approved under Section 80G of Income Tax Act
3. Eligible under Section 10(23C)

Mandatory Registrations

1. Valid CSR-1 Registration
2. Valid ISO 9001:2015 Certification for Skill Development/Vocational Training
3. PAN
4. GST Registration (or CA Certificate if GST exempt)

Experience

1. Minimum 3 years experience in similar Tailoring/Readymade Garment/Skill Development projects.
2. Experience supported through Work Orders, Completion Certificates or MoUs.

Assessment Partnership

Must possess an agreement/MoU with an NSDC/NCVET Accredited Assessment Agency executed before publication of the bid.

Financial Criteria

The bid document does not prescribe:

1. Minimum Annual Turnover
2. Net Worth Requirement

Instead, technical capability and experience form the primary eligibility basis.

₹2,99,484 (Inclusive of Taxes)

Payment Terms

1. Payment will be released after successful completion of the training batch.
2. Successful completion includes:
   1. Completion of 120-day training.
   2. Third-party assessment and certification.
   3. Distribution of certificates and sewing machines.
3. Final payment will be made after submission of:
   1. Attendance records
   2. Beneficiary list
   3. Certificates
   4. Photographs
   5. Documentary video
   6. Project completion report
4. Delay beyond contract period may attract a 10% penalty unless an extension is approved.
