Scope of Work

The selected agency shall organize a 2-Day Exposure Visit from Dharwad to Bengaluru (BBMP MRF Plant managed by Saahas) and provide complete logistical support.

The scope includes:

• Transportation (Dharwad–Bengaluru–Dharwad including local visits)
• Minimum 3-Star Hotel Accommodation
• Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
• Training Materials
  • Notepad
  • Pen
  • Participation Certificate
• Complete tour coordination
• Hotel reservations
• Travel booking
• Logistics management
• Safe and quality arrangements
• Timely execution of the exposure programme
• Submission of invoices and supporting documents after completion

The successful bidder must complete all arrangements within 5 days from award of work.

Eligibility Criteria

Eligible bidders should possess:

1. Company/Agency Registration Certificate
2. Valid GST Registration
3. Last 6 Months GST Paid Challans
4. Similar Work Completion Certificate
5. Valid registrations/licenses for Travel, Tour & Hospitality Services

Additionally,

1. Bidder should not be blacklisted.
2. Must comply with Karnataka Government tender conditions.
3. EMD and Tender Processing Fee must be paid before bid submission.

Payment shall be released only after successful completion of the Exposure Visit and submission of:

2. Travel Completion Report
3. Hotel Bills
4. Food Bills
5. Training Material Proof
6. Attendance Sheet
7. Any additional documents requested by DUDC

The contract will be awarded to the Lowest Responsive Bidder (L1).

If multiple bidders quote the same L1 price, selection will be made through Lottery/Draw of Lots.
