Scope of Work

The selected training agency shall:

• Conduct 3-day classroom Internal Auditor Training
• Train approximately 15 participants
• Cover the following international standards:
  • ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System)
  • ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management System)
  • ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health & Safety Management System)
  • ISO 19011:2018 (Guidelines for Auditing Management Systems)

Training methodology should include:

1. Interactive classroom sessions
2. Presentations
3. Group discussions
4. Practical case studies
5. Audit role plays
6. Real-life examples
7. Auditing techniques

The agency shall also:

1. Provide complete training material
2. Conduct assessment/examination
3. Issue internationally recognized Internal Auditor Certificates
4. Arrange qualified trainers
5. Bear trainer travel, boarding and lodging expenses

ONGC Videsh will provide:

1. Training hall
2. LCD projector
3. Lunch
4. Tea/Refreshments
5. Other classroom facilities

Eligibility Criteria

Eligible bidders should meet the following conditions:

Technical Eligibility

The bidder must possess:

• Valid accreditation from an internationally recognized Accreditation Board
• Accreditation valid till completion of training
• Authorization to conduct Internal Auditor Training covering:
  • ISO 9001
  • ISO 14001
  • ISO 45001

The bidder should have:

1. Minimum 10 years experience in conducting Internal Auditor Training in Integrated Management Systems
2. Successfully delivered similar training to at least 5 organizations
3. Preference for experience in the Oil & Gas sector

Trainer Requirements:

1. Valid professional certification
2. Minimum 5 years training experience

Financial Criteria

The bid documents do not prescribe:

1. Minimum Annual Turnover
2. Net Worth requirement
3. Estimated project value

The evaluation will be based on the Grand Total Price quoted in the prescribed Price Bid Format.

Quoted prices should include:

1. GST
2. Travel
3. Boarding
4. Lodging
5. Incidental expenses

No price escalation will be permitted during the contract period.

Bid Evaluation Criteria

Technical evaluation includes:

2. Accreditation validity
3. Experience
4. Similar assignments
5. Trainer qualifications

Commercial evaluation:

1. Lowest evaluated total price (L1)
2. Total quoted amount inclusive of GST

Incomplete or conditional bids may be rejected.
