Scope of Work

The selected agency will be responsible for planning, executing and monitoring MSME-focused capacity-building initiatives across the UT.

Major activities include:

1. Awareness Workshops & Training Programs

The agency shall organize:

  1. Export readiness and market access workshops
  2. Green initiatives and sustainability awareness programs
  3. SME Exchange awareness sessions
  4. MSME financial assistance awareness workshops
  5. Vendor Development Programs (VDPs)
  6. Leadership development programs
  7. Supervisor and managerial capacity-building training

2. Vendor Development Program (VDP)

The selected agency will:

  1. Identify PSUs, large industries and OEMs
  2. Understand procurement requirements
  3. Facilitate MSME participation
  4. Support GeM registration and procurement readiness
  5. Conduct B2B meetings between MSMEs and buyers
  6. Facilitate exposure visits and market linkage opportunities

3. Women Entrepreneurship Mentorship & Handholding

The agency shall provide:

  1. Identification of women entrepreneurs
  2. Mentor-mentee matching
  3. Business guidance and advisory support
  4. Progress monitoring
  5. Monthly mentorship reports
  6. Outcome assessment

4. Training Content Development

Responsibilities include:

  1. Development of training modules
  2. Preparation of presentations and digital learning material
  3. Sector-specific content development
  4. Case studies and practical learning resources

Pre-Qualification / Eligibility Criteria

  3. MSME organisations
  4. Banking institutions
  5. World Bank, ADB, UN agencies and similar organisations
