Scope of Work

The selected NGOs/Trusts will be empanelled for carrying out activities related to the promotion and development of the rural non-farm sector in Rajasthan. The work may include:

1. Conducting training programmes for beneficiaries/artisans.
2. Organising workshops for skill enhancement, awareness and capacity building.
3. Facilitating exposure visits and learning-based activities.
4. Supporting implementation of RUDA-related programmes in identified districts/locations.
5. Working in priority areas including TSP and SCSP regions, wherever applicable.
6. Providing required manpower, resources, staff and documentation support for programme execution.

The final selection of training/workshop locations and implementation areas will be decided by RUDA.

Pre-Qualification Criteria

Eligible applicants must meet the following broad pre-qualification requirements:

1. The applicant must be a registered NGO / Trust / non-government organisation.
2. The organisation must be registered on or before 01 April 2021.
3. The organisation should have relevant experience in conducting training programmes, workshops or similar capacity-building activities.
4. The organisation should be non-political and secular in nature.
5. The organisation must not be blacklisted or debarred by any government department or agency.
6. The applicant must be registered on the NITI Aayog NGO Darpan Portal.
7. The organisation should have sufficient staff, resources and operational capacity to conduct the proposed activities.

Eligibility Criteria

The applicant NGO/Trust should satisfy the following eligibility conditions:

1. Must have valid registration documents.
2. Must have a registered office/address, including state-level office details where applicable.
3. Must have conducted at least three training programmes/workshops during the last three years.
4. Must submit documentary proof of past training/workshop experience.
5. Must provide details of authorised signatory/representative.
6. Must provide organisation profile, registration details, contact details and bank details.
7. Must provide details of at least five staff members working with the organisation.
8. Must submit an affidavit/declaration on ₹100 non-judicial stamp paper.
9. Must accept all tender terms and conditions.

Financial Criteria

The financial eligibility requirements include:

1. The organisation must have an average annual turnover of more than ₹5 lakh during the last three financial years.
