Scope of Work
The selected catering service provider will be responsible for supplying food/catering services for candidates and staff at the Veera Bahaddur Henja Naik Pre-Army Training School, Majali, Karwar Taluk, Uttara Kannada District - 581301.
Key scope includes:
- Providing daily catering services as per the prescribed weekly food menu.
- Serving breakfast, lunch, evening snacks/tea, and dinner.

Pre-Qualification / Eligibility Criteria

- The bidder must have valid GST registration and GST return filing details for FY 2024-25.
- The bidder must have a valid PAN card.
- The bidder must have a valid Food License / Shop Act License.
- The bidder should not have been blacklisted by the Government of India, Government of Karnataka, or any other undertaking.
- EMD must be submitted as prescribed through the e-Procurement portal.

Submission Guidelines
Bidders must submit their bids online through the Karnataka Public Procurement Portal: kppp.karnataka.gov.in. The tender is to be submitted under the prescribed two-cover system.

Technical Evaluation
The technical bid will be evaluated based on eligibility criteria, registration documents, turnover, GST, PAN, license, past experience, EMD submission, and required declarations.
Financial Evaluation
Only technically qualified bidders will move to financial evaluation. Financial bids will be evaluated on the L1 basis, based on the lowest quoted total value as a single package. Partial offers will not be accepted.
In case two or more bidders quote the same L1 rate, the tender committee may decide the successful bidder through a lottery process as mentioned in the tender document.
