Scope of Work
The selected Training Partners will support SDI-B in conducting corporate training programmes for employees of private companies, PSUs, government entities and other organisations. Corporate training may include management modules, technical training, outbound training, behavioural training, personality development and other industry-aligned programmes.
Category I: Training Sourced by SDI-B
Under this model, SDI-B will arrange the client or participants. The Training Partner will deliver the training at SDI-B using SDI-B infrastructure. Boarding and lodging will be handled by SDI-B. The tender estimates 45 training days over the two-year contract period for evaluation purposes. One training day means 8 hours, including training hours, tea/coffee breaks and lunch break.
Category II: Training Sourced by Training Partner
Under this model, the Training Partner will bring corporate clients to SDI-B. The tender provides two sub-models:

Evaluation Criteria
The tender will be evaluated in two stages. First, bidders must meet the Pre-Qualification Criteria. Only qualified bidders will proceed to QCBS evaluation. The QCBS weightage is Technical 30% and Financial 70%. Bidders must secure at least 50 marks out of 100 in technical evaluation to qualify for financial evaluation.

Submission Guidelines
Bidders must submit their offers online only through the GeM portal before the prescribed last date and time. Physical submission, email, fax, courier or post will not be accepted. The bid must include both the technical and financial parts as per the two-packet system. Technical documents, PQC documents, Bid Security Declaration, signed tender documents, annexures and the GeM price bid must be uploaded as required.
Bidders should regularly check the GeM portal for corrigendum, addendum or date extension. The tender also advises bidders to visit the SDI-B campus to understand infrastructure and site conditions before submitting the bid.
