Scope of Work
The selected empanelled training partners will be responsible for designing and implementing demand-driven finishing school training programs for students and graduates of colleges in Rajasthan. The scope includes:
- Training Program Design and Curriculum Development
Applicants must design industry-relevant short-term skill training curricula aligned with current and future sector requirements. Courses may be either NSQF-aligned Qualification Pack courses or industry-designed non-QP courses. For non-QP courses, the structure should include 70% domain skills, 20% IT skills and 10% soft skills.
- Training Delivery
Training will be delivered in offline mode only. Course duration should be between 240 hours and 540 hours. Regular student batches may run in morning/evening sessions up to 3 hours per day, while fast-track courses for pass-out candidates may run up to 6 hours per day.
- Training Facilities
Government colleges / State Funded Universities will provide basic classroom or lab space, electricity, drinking water and support for outreach activities. The training partner must set up required tools, equipment, furniture and lab facilities at its own cost.
- Mobilization and Counselling
The partner must design IEC material, conduct outreach, register interested candidates, conduct interest/aptitude assessment and provide counselling to students and parents where required.
- Assessment and Corporate Certification
The partner must conduct final assessments and issue corporate certificates to successful candidates.
- Placement and Career Support
The partner must provide placement opportunities either through captive employment within its own organization or through associated organizations. Resume-building, interview preparation, career guidance, workshops and placement facilitation are part of the scope.
- Post-Placement Tracking
The partner must track trained candidates for one year after completion and maintain quarterly employment records.
- Monitoring and Reporting
The partner must submit progress reports, attend review meetings, follow program guidelines and comply with government regulations.
The program targets approximately 15,000 candidates, subject to increase based on state government mandate.
