Scope of Work
The selected Red Hat Training Partner will be responsible for providing structured training in emerging technologies to enhance the employability and technical capabilities of students and professionals. The training programs are expected to be aligned with Red Hat technologies and industry-recognized/global certification standards.
The scope includes:
- Training Delivery
Conduct Red Hat technology training programs at R-CAT centres or approved locations. The training should enable candidates to appear for global certification tests.
- Global Certification Support
Facilitate certification exams, mock tests, scorecards, completion certificates and final certification processes.
- Credit-Based Courses
Support courses that may allow students to earn academic credits as per university norms and R-CAT requirements.
- Workshops
Conduct half-day and full-day workshops on Red Hat technologies in offline instructor-led mode.
- Attendance and LMS Management
Maintain daily attendance records, LMS IDs, participant details and batch-wise training records.
- Trainer Deployment
Deploy certified trainers with valid subject/course-level certification. For global certification courses, trainers must be expressly authorized by the OEM.
- Feedback and Reporting
Collect structured participant feedback, submit performance reports, batch reports, assessment records and training summaries to R-CAT.
- Batch Management
Maximum batch size is 25 candidates, and each learner must maintain at least 75% attendance.

Financial Criteria
The bidder must submit a CA-certified turnover certificate with CA registration number, seal and UDIN. The bidder must also submit a CA-certified positive net worth certificate as on 31 March 2025.
The financial bid must be submitted in the BoQ format available on the Rajasthan e-Procurement portal. The composite cost of all BoQ items will be considered for determining the L1 bidder.

Submission Guidelines
Bidders must submit their bids online through the Rajasthan e-Procurement portal. The tender follows a single-stage, two-cover system, consisting of:
- Technical Bid
Includes fee details, eligibility documents, technical compliance documents and required declarations.
- Financial Bid
Includes financial bid cover letter and BoQ in the prescribed Excel format.
All uploaded documents must be digitally signed by the authorized signatory. The tender fee, RISL processing fee and bid security instruments must be submitted as prescribed, and scanned copies must also be uploaded with the bid. Bids without required fee or bid security proof may be rejected.
