Scope of Work
The selected agency will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive digital learning vocational course on Future Skills and Financial Literacy for students across Science, Commerce, Management, and Arts streams.
The course should focus on:
- Understanding the changing world of work and emerging career opportunities.
- Building workplace readiness through communication, collaboration, problem-solving, digital productivity, and professional behaviour.
- Developing financial literacy through budgeting, banking, digital payments, taxation, savings, credit, and responsible financial decision-making.
- Promoting entrepreneurial thinking through freelancing, independent work, business fundamentals, and income-generation opportunities.
- Preparing students for careers, entrepreneurship, and the global digital economy through ethical and lifelong learning practices.
The course is expected to include 75 hours of learning, comprising 30 hours of digital video lectures and 45 hours of virtual lab-based learning. All instructional material must be delivered in simple, student-friendly Hindi. The content must include audio-visual and gamified learning modules compatible with Android smartphones and tablets.
Responsibilities of the Successful Bidder
The selected bidder will be responsible for end-to-end execution of the programme, including:
- Developing a complete curriculum with lectures, case studies, demonstrations, tools, assessments, and learning modules.
- Creating original digital learning content, including audio-visual material and interactive modules.
- Incorporating practical exercises, industry-standard tools, stream-specific case studies, and gamified learning.
- Using the existing technology platform for content delivery, progress tracking, assessments, and multimedia streaming.
- Providing periodic doubt-clearing sessions for student support.
- Deploying a dedicated team for programme implementation and coordination.
- Engaging subject matter experts and trainers with relevant academic and professional credentials.
- Ensuring compatibility with CSJMU’s digital infrastructure and Android-based devices.
- Designing internal assessments and submitting internal marks to the Dean Academic Office.
- Submitting end-semester MCQ-based question papers and course completion reports.
Pre-Qualification Criteria
Bidders should meet the following pre-qualification requirements:
- The bidder must have a minimum average annual turnover of ₹50 lakh during the last three years.
- The bidder must have at least 3 years of experience in same/similar services.
- Similar service experience is mandatory.
- No relaxation in turnover or experience has been provided for MSEs or startups in the bid details.
- The bidder must not be blacklisted by any Government Department or PSU. A notarized certificate on ₹100 non-judicial stamp paper is compulsory.
- The bidder must not be under liquidation, court receivership, bankruptcy, or similar proceedings.
