Scope of Work

The selected agency will provide manpower for the following services at PM SHRI Kendriya Vidyalaya Pandhurna for a period of one year:

Cleaning Services

The agency shall deploy manpower for:

1. Cleaning classrooms, offices, toilets and corridors.
2. Sweeping and mopping of entire school premises.
3. Cleaning of open areas and surrounding campus.
4. Sanitization of toilets and washrooms.
5. Disposal of waste material.
6. Dusting of furniture and equipment.
7. Maintenance of drinking water areas.
8. Weekly deep cleaning including water tanks, fans, glass panes and partitions.
9. Removal of cobwebs and maintenance of hygiene standards.
10. Maintaining sanitation materials such as soap, naphthalene balls and deodorants.
11. Compliance with labour laws and payment of minimum wages.

Gardening Services

The selected agency shall also provide gardeners responsible for:

1. Lawn maintenance.
2. Watering plants and flower beds.
3. Trimming shrubs and bushes.
4. Grass cutting.
5. Disposal of garden waste.
6. Maintenance of potted plants and campus greenery.
7. Seasonal plantation and upkeep of landscape.

Caregiver Services

The tender also includes deployment of semi-skilled caregivers under the manpower outsourcing category as specified in the GeM bid.

Pre-Qualification Criteria

Interested agencies should satisfy the following:

1. Minimum 3 years experience in similar manpower outsourcing services.
2. Experience of providing similar services to Central Government, State Government, PSU or similar organizations.
3. Experience documents/work orders must be uploaded.
4. Bidder should comply with all GeM eligibility conditions.
5. MSME and DPIIT registered Startups are eligible for relaxation in turnover and experience criteria, subject to applicable rules.

Eligibility Criteria

Eligible bidders should:

1. Be legally registered service providers.
2. Be capable of supplying unskilled and semi-skilled manpower.
3. Ensure compliance with labour laws and payment of statutory wages.
4. Maintain discipline and proper conduct of deployed personnel.
5. Accept GeM General Terms & Conditions.
6. Submit all mandatory supporting documents with the bid.

Financial Criteria

1. Minimum Average Annual Turnover: ₹15 Lakhs (last three financial years)
2. Audited Balance Sheets or Chartered Accountant Certificate required.
3. Estimated Bid Value: ₹11,91,497.07
4. Performance Security (ePBG): 3%
5. ePBG Validity: 14 Months
