The selected Microsoft Training Partner will be responsible for delivering training and associated certification services in emerging technologies. The major scope includes: Industry-Recognized and Global Certification Training The selected bidder will provide training in emerging technologies aimed at skill development and employability enhancement. Courses should enable participants to appear for global or industry-recognized certification examinations and obtain relevant certifications from OEMs or recognized certification bodies. Attendance and Training Records The training provider must maintain systematic attendance records and regularly share attendance reports with R-CAT. Certification and Assessment The bidder must facilitate certification examinations, support candidates in completing the certification process and maintain quality standards to support successful certification outcomes. Mock Tests Mock tests must be conducted before final certification assessments to help candidates evaluate their preparation and identify areas for improvement. Credit-Based Courses The selected partner may be required to support IT courses through which students can earn academic credits towards undergraduate or postgraduate programmes, including support in assessment creation where required. Feedback and Quality Monitoring Post-training participant feedback must be collected using a standardized rating mechanism of at least 1–5 and consolidated reports must be submitted to R-CAT. Learning Management System The bidder is required to have an LMS accessible to candidates nominated by R-CAT. Reporting The selected bidder is required to maintain and share participant details, training-course reports, enrollment/completion statistics, FDP reports, six-monthly performance reports, attendance records, assessment scores and certification records. 2. Training Modes and Delivery Requirements The RFP requires the training partner to have the capability to deliver both offline/instructor-led training and instructor-led online training for global certification courses. Training at R-CAT will primarily be conducted offline or face-to-face, while online delivery may be permitted under specified conditions. Credit courses may be delivered according to university norms and may include self-paced programmes. Workshops are required to be delivered exclusively in offline instructor-led mode.
The maximum batch size is 25 learners, and each learner is required to maintain a minimum 75% attendance.

Trainer Requirements Trainers engaged for Industry-Recognized and Global Certification Courses must have sufficient training experience and possess a valid certification in the relevant subject/course at the same or higher level than the course being delivered. For Industry-Recognized/Global Certification Courses, the trainer must also be expressly authorized by the relevant OEM through a formal authorization document issued on the OEM's official letterhead. Trainer profiles must be approved by R-CAT before commencement of training.
