Professional Qualification and Expert Requirements

The tender does not prescribe a single specific degree or professional qualification for every trainer. However, it requires bidders to provide details of the qualifications and experience of professionals/trainers/experts proposed for deployment.

The coaches assigned to IIM Jammu are required to have a minimum of five years of experience. Coaches should also have suitable experience and qualifications in their assigned domains.
The technical proposal also requires details of industry experts who will participate in mock technical interviews. The prescribed expert-information format asks for:

  1. Name of expert
  2. Qualification
  3. Designation
  4. Company name
  5. Sector
  6. Total years of experience

The technical evaluation gives significant weight to the quality and number of experts, particularly experts working in senior positions in reputed companies with more than 10 years of experience.

Eligibility Criteria

The principal eligibility requirements specified in the tender are:

1. PAN and GST Registration

The agency must possess a PAN and GST registration. The tender text contains the spelling "GTS Registration", but the supporting bid documentation calls for a GST Registration Certificate.

2. Minimum Annual Turnover

The agency must have a minimum annual turnover of ₹1 crore during FY 2024-25.

A turnover certificate issued by a Chartered Accountant is required as supporting evidence.

3. Similar Work Experience

The bidder must have at least one year of experience in similar work, involving workshops/programmes for academic institutions such as:

  1. Government institutions
  2. State Government institutions
