1. Training Execution: Conduct offline (primarily face-to-face at R-CAT centers) and instructor-led online training in emerging EV technologies enabling candidates to pass global/industry-recognized certification tests.
2. Delivery Formats: Deliver global certification courses, university-aligned credit courses, AICTE ATAL-compliant FDPs, half-day/full-day workshops, and academic seminars.
3. Quality & Batch Management: Maintain a maximum batch size of 25 candidates with a mandatory minimum attendance requirement of 75% per candidate.
4. System & Administrative Duties: Provide access to a Learning Management System (LMS), run mock tests, maintain attendance/assessment logs, compile quantitative participant feedback (1-5 scale), and submit six-monthly performance reports.

1. Legal Entity: Proprietorship, Partnership, LLP, or Public/Private Limited Company registered under applicable Indian laws.
2. Turnover: Average annual turnover of at least INR 20 Cr in IT/ITeS OR at least INR 1 Cr exclusively in training services across FY 2022-23, FY 2023-24, and FY 2024-25.
3. Net Worth: Must be positive as of March 31, 2025.
4. Tax Registrations: Valid GSTIN and PAN registration certificates.
5. Trainer Qualifications: Trainers must hold relevant course certifications equal to or higher than the taught course, express OEM authorization on official letterhead, and prior profile approval from R-CAT.

1. Tender Document Fee: INR 2,000 via DD/Banker's Cheque favoring "Managing Director, Rajasthan Centre of Advanced Technology".
2. RISL Processing Fee: INR 2,000 via DD/Banker's Cheque favoring "Managing Director, RISL".
3. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD): 2% of procurement value (INR 3,64,000) via DD, Banker's Cheque, BG, or e-BG. Concessional EMD is 0.5% for Rajasthan MSMEs and 1% for BIFR-registered sick industries.
4. Rate Contract Security Deposit: Selected bidder must submit a Security Deposit of INR 2,00,000 (INR 40,000 for Rajasthan MSMEs/Sick Industries) within 2 weeks of LOI issuance.
