Scope of Work

The selected agency or platform will be responsible for planning, onboarding, deployment, operational management, technology platform implementation, backend coordination, customer support and reporting for workforce deployment and household support services in Tripura.

The scope includes:

  1. Identification and onboarding of skilled and non-skilled workforce.
  2. Verification and documentation of deployed workers.
  3. Workforce deployment, attendance tracking and operational coordination.
  4. Development or deployment of technology-enabled systems such as mobile applications, admin dashboards, booking systems and customer support systems.
  5. Backend operations, monitoring and reporting.

By the end of the 3-month operational period, the cumulative workforce deployment is expected to reach approximately 45 workers, subject to operational requirements and feasibility.

Pre-Qualification Criteria

Bidders should meet the minimum eligibility and operational requirements specified in the RFP. Key pre-qualification requirements include:

  1. The bidder must be a legally registered entity in India, such as a company, LLP, partnership firm, society, trust, proprietorship, startup entity or technology platform organization.
  2. The bidder must possess valid registration documents, PAN and GST registration, wherever applicable.
  3. The bidder should demonstrate operational and technical capability for managing technology-enabled workforce deployment and service operations.
  4. The bidder should have access to required backend systems, workforce management tools, operational teams and support infrastructure.

Eligibility Criteria

For DPIIT-recognized startups that may not have three years of ITRs or audited financial statements, the valid DPIIT Startup Recognition Certificate may be considered along with supporting operational capability documents, subject to RFP conditions.

Submission Guidelines

Bidders must submit their proposals through the Tripura Government e-Procurement Portal only. Physical submission of documents or hard copies will not be accepted.
