Scope of Work

Selected Captive Employers shall be responsible for:

1. Conducting placement-linked skill development training under DDU-GKY 2.0.
2. Training rural youth of Mizoram in approved trades.
3. Delivering 3-month training programmes.
4. Ensuring 180 hours of compulsory non-domain training.
5. Using only valid and active Qualification Packs (QPs) available on Kaushal Grameen and NCVET/Kaushal Verse.
6. Completing training before 31 December 2027.
7. Beginning candidate placement on or before 31 March 2028.
8. Complying with all DDU-GKY 2.0 guidelines issued by MoRD.

Eligible Priority Sectors

Projects are invited in approved trades under sectors including:

1. Apparel
2. Aerospace & Aviation
3. Beauty & Wellness
4. Construction
5. Electronics & Hardware
6. Food Processing
7. Healthcare
8. IT-ITeS
9. Retail
10. Tourism & Hospitality

Only valid and active trades listed in Kaushal Grameen and NCVET/Kaushal Verse are eligible.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants should:

1. Be an eligible Captive Employer.
2. Possess a valid Permanent Registration Number (PRN) issued by MoRD.
3. Apply only through the Integrated ERP Portal.
4. Offer training only in approved and active Qualification Packs.
5. Follow all DDU-GKY 2.0 operational guidelines.
6. Submit complete online documentation before the prescribed deadline.

Pre-Qualification Criteria

Applicants must:

1. Hold valid MoRD PRN registration.
2. Meet DDU-GKY 2.0 policy requirements.
3. Select only approved trades.
4. Complete online application with applicable fee payment.
5. Adhere to Mizoram SRLM project guidelines.

Financial Criteria

The EOI notice does not specify:
