Scope of Work

The selected training agency will be responsible for:

1. Conducting 30-day residential training.
2. Delivering approximately 240 hours of classroom and physical training.
3. Managing one residential batch of approximately 30 candidates.
4. Providing accommodation and meals throughout the training period.
5. Arranging qualified physical trainers and subject experts.
6. Providing study materials, stationery, reference books and training kits.
7. Deploying a programme coordinator.
8. Maintaining attendance, daily records and programme documentation.
9. Conducting the programme as per guidelines issued by the Directorate of Employment & Training.
10. Ensuring all residential facilities and infrastructure remain available throughout the training programme.

Professional Qualification Criteria

The bidder should possess:

• Experience in delivering similar professional training services.
• Qualified physical trainers.
• Subject experts for:
  • Mathematics
  • Science
  • General Knowledge
  • English
  • Computer
• Programme Coordinator with relevant educational qualification and experience.
• Residential infrastructure capable of accommodating trainees.
• Training facilities including classrooms and physical training ground.

Eligibility Criteria

Eligible bidders should:

1. Be registered and eligible to provide Professional Training Services.
2. Have prior experience in similar training assignments.
3. Meet the prescribed turnover requirement.
4. Upload all documents requested in the bid.
5. Comply with GeM General Terms & Conditions.
6. Upload exemption certificates if claiming Startup/MSE relaxation.

Financial Criteria

1. Minimum Average Annual Turnover (Last 3 Years): ₹7 Lakhs
2. Similar Service Experience: Required
3. Startup Relaxation: Available
4. MSE Relaxation: Available
5. Estimated Bid Value: ₹3,58,333 (Inclusive of Taxes)

Submission Guidelines

1. Bid submission through Government e-Marketplace (GeM).
2. Two Packet Bid System.
3. Upload all technical documents.
4. Financial quote to be submitted only in the financial bid.
5. Experience and turnover exemption documents must be uploaded wherever applicable.
6. Technical clarification period: 2 Days.
7. Bid validity: 90 Days.
