Scope of Work

The selected bidder will be responsible for:

1. Design and installation of vocational educational laboratories.
2. Supply and installation of hardware and furniture.
3. Site preparation.
4. Teacher training.
5. Development/provision of digital learning (E-content).
6. Comprehensive maintenance of hardware through AMC/CMC.
7. Complete implementation of vocational lab infrastructure as per buyer requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

The bidder should:

1. Have experience in similar educational lab projects.
2. Possess minimum 3 years of experience in similar services.
3. Have successfully executed similar assignments.
4. Submit all technical and supporting documents as required under ATC.
5. Upload OEM Authorization Certificate wherever applicable.
6. Meet all GeM eligibility conditions.

1. Submission through Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal.
2. Upload all mandatory technical documents.
3. Upload OEM Authorization Certificate (where applicable).
4. Upload turnover proof.
5. Upload experience certificates.
6. Upload ATC documents.
7. Follow all GeM General Terms & Conditions.
8. Bid validity: 100 Days from bid closing.
