Scope of Work

The successful bidder shall be responsible for the complete implementation of the vocational training programme including:

Training Delivery

1. Conduct Sewing & Tailoring Skill Development Training.
2. Train 270 unemployed youth.
3. Conduct 9 batches.
4. 30 candidates per batch.
5. Minimum 15 days training for each batch.
6. Minimum 4 hours training per day.

Training Modules

Training shall include:

1. Basic Sewing & Stitching
2. Tailoring Techniques
3. Advanced Garment Construction
4. Entrepreneurship Development
5. Pricing & Marketing
6. Customer Handling
7. Financial Literacy
8. Self Help Group (SHG) Formation

Infrastructure

The bidder shall provide:

1. Seating arrangements
2. Lighting & ventilation
3. Electricity backup
4. Drinking water
5. Washroom facilities
6. (CCL will provide only the training hall.)

Equipment & Materials

Bidder shall arrange:

1. Sewing machines (minimum 1 machine for every 2 trainees)
2. Cloth
3. Thread
4. Practical materials
5. Stationery
6. Study materials
7. Training kits

Trainers

1. Qualified and experienced trainers
2. One trainer for each training batch

Food & Refreshments

Provide:

1. Lunch
2. Tea/Snacks
3. Hygienic food during all training days

Mobilization

Bidder shall:

1. Conduct publicity
2. Mobilize eligible unemployed youth
3. Coordinate with CCL
4. Select beneficiaries transparently

Preference shall be given to local candidates and Project Affected Persons (PAPs).

Attendance

1. Daily attendance register
2. Minimum 80% attendance required

Certification

After successful assessment:

1. Issue certificates
2. Conduct assessment/test before certification

Documentation

Agency shall submit:

1. Attendance Register
2. Photographs
3. Feedback Forms
4. Batch Completion Reports
5. Final Consolidated Report

Pre-Qualification Criteria

The bidder should possess:

1. Experience in Skill Development/Vocational Training
2. Similar experience in Sewing/Tailoring/Stitching Training
3. Experience completed during any continuous 365-day period within the previous 3 years
4. Valid legal business entity
5. Capability to execute all batches within the prescribed schedule

5. NGOs/Societies (where eligible)
6. Skill Development Organizations

4. Proper documentation
5. Availability of trainers and equipment

Penalty may be imposed for:

1. Poor quality
2. Incomplete training
3. Incorrect reporting
4. Non-availability of trainers/equipment
