Pre-Qualification Criteria
Scope of Work
The successful bidder shall be responsible for the complete implementation of the vocational training programme including:
Training Delivery
- Conduct Sewing & Tailoring Skill Development Training.
- Train 270 unemployed youth.
- Conduct 9 batches.
- 30 candidates per batch.
- Minimum 15 days training for each batch.
- Minimum 4 hours training per day.
Training Modules
Training shall include:
- Basic Sewing & Stitching
- Tailoring Techniques
- Advanced Garment Construction
- Entrepreneurship Development
- Pricing & Marketing
- Customer Handling
- Financial Literacy
- Self Help Group (SHG) Formation
Infrastructure
The bidder shall provide:
- Seating arrangements
- Lighting & ventilation
- Electricity backup
- Drinking water
- Washroom facilities
- (CCL will provide only the training hall.)
Equipment & Materials
Bidder shall arrange:
- Sewing machines (minimum 1 machine for every 2 trainees)
- Cloth
- Thread
- Practical materials
- Stationery
- Study materials
- Training kits
Trainers
- Qualified and experienced trainers
- One trainer for each training batch
Food & Refreshments
Provide:
- Lunch
- Tea/Snacks
- Hygienic food during all training days
Mobilization
Bidder shall:
- Conduct publicity
- Mobilize eligible unemployed youth
- Coordinate with CCL
- Select beneficiaries transparently
Preference shall be given to local candidates and Project Affected Persons (PAPs).
Attendance
- Daily attendance register
- Minimum 80% attendance required
Certification
After successful assessment:
- Issue certificates
- Conduct assessment/test before certification
Documentation
Agency shall submit:
- Attendance Register
- Photographs
- Feedback Forms
- Batch Completion Reports
- Final Consolidated Report
